Was up all night watching the american election – a couple of questions from a person in “old europe”
– how can you call a state like Florida when reportedly 1,6 million votes still haven’t been counted? (haven’t been able to validate that number)
– is the not yet counted votes both provisional, absentee and military votes?
– how can you let the media’s urge for a simple quick answer interfere with the counting of the citizens votes?
– why don’t the people demand that their votes be counted?

Only in Denmark…
would an ambitious new daily newspaper launch with only enough capital to be operationel for 45 days ending up filing for chapter 11.
Lost a bet on this one!.
Allthough the new Dagen newspaper was pretty tame in terms of concept, target groups, attitude, web presense, marketing, etc. i was convinced that they had secured the necessary capital base to operate for 9-12 months without new capital. Niels, i owe you one!

Spend the morning evangelizing the new era of microcontent, weblogs, community publishing, syndication/newsreaders, microadvertising, etc. to 15 journalists.
