Ohh, Google!
Google is the company of the future. User-centered products, focused strategy, spirited people and a sound business model. Just check out this latest example.
Google recently launched a new news headlines service, the design wasn’t the most optimal one which Jason Kottke wrote about on his weblog with suggestions for improvement. About 10 days later Google has not only changed the site with the suggestions, but also credited Kottke at the bottom of the page.
Is your company like this? Open, continiously improving your product, big enough to give credit where credit is due - i don’t think so. And this from a company with 300 people…
