I’m not sure I fully follow the primary/secondary distinction. What would tertiary media culture be?
Could you say ‘direct media culture’ vs. ‘indirect media culture’?
Or ‘peer to peer media culture’ vs., hmm, don’t know, maybe ‘hierarchical media culture’?
