Not just your post but the theme of the presentation itself (which, by the way, I was able to infer perfectly from the slideshow with no additional explanation) and the seminar and the whole CustomerMade ethic. What is the role of the entrepreneur/creator/originator in this new world? How different is this from a previous era of focus groups and market testing? What is the difference between Beta testing and market testing? Is it the degree of influence each process can have on the final product? Is decisive action not still needed from the entrepreneur to set things in motion? Will customers spontaneously create a product they need?
