You take the licensing meme from the Creative Commons and the value of archiving from the Internet Archive – and you get – BBC Creative Archive.
The value of public broadcasting reinvented for the internet age – instead of public broadcasters trying to be like commercial stations.
If you added subscriptions and notifications it would be the perfect solution (hint: rsspayload!)
