The new new daily rhytm - i’m testing a new daily rhytm. Going to sleep at 8 PM in the evening and getting up in the morning at 2 AM. Can’t say it’s totally voluntarily!, but since my head is like that at the moment i’ve decided to endorse it as a new concept for living and try it out ;_)
Learnings so far - it feels like you’re ahead of everything else in a very weird way…
