Guan rocks!
Doing some late night blog hacking. Testing out movabletype, which looks very interesting. Guan installed it in no time and i’ve been hacking around customizing it since! So expect categories, notification, comments and lot’s of other stuff here soon…

Christmas!
It’s been a nice christmas - relaxing with friends and family. Unfortunately i’ve been sick with the flu most of the time and still is! In the spirit of over-analyzing and over-thinking every little detail in my life, i’ve concluded to myself that it’s my body punishing me for working too much, sleeping too little, working out too little, being to stressed, etc. ;_)
So there you have it - my splendid first new years resolution…

Carriers moving to 3G alternative in 2002

Infoworld: Wireless wrap-up: Carriers moving to 3G alternative in 2002.
Lot’s of entrepreneurs rushing into this space - i’ve been doing my fair share of thinking of business models vs. 802.11b technology the last couple of years, etc. and currently i’m determined that some kind of co-operative approach is the way to go (but don’t take it too seriously - it just might be that i’m tired of people who considers raw capitalism the only vehicle for change!)

OK, we’ve just got rid of the weird “new economy” - but see what then happens - The Bridget Jones Economy!

Heath Row

Really nice words from Heath Row of FastCompany- i’m a big fan of Heath’s work with the Company of Friends-program. Heath’s diary from his trip across the west is also very interesting

Washington D.C in three pictures:

Key learning: A DV-camera isn’t the most mobile gear to move around with! - therefore the lack of pictures.

Mindfucked!

Mindfucked!
My little head is, excuse me for the term, totally mindfucked. My life’s first openspace event, 14 hours of lively insightful discussions with the most interesting group of people i’ve ever met, a bit of a jetlag and the knowledge that i’ll arrive in copenhagen monday morning at 8.00 totally jetlagged with a full days work ahead of me!
Hope my head will clear sometime soon! ;_)

I’m off…

“Digital humanism”- trying to write an article for a magazine urging for humanistic discussions about our future digital society, instead of only technological and business discussions/hype - you know, good old engelbart style thinking. Any pointers/ideas?

I’m off to Washington DC for a couple of days. Bringing my DV-camera, so expect lot’s of pictures and perhaps even some video when i get back ;_)
If my travel companion is into it, i’ll try to visit the Vietnam Veterans Memorial - the master example of using information design to create a unique experience with strong values. (victim’s shown by date of death instead of by lastname).
Also got to remember an iPod for my littlebrother! and some weird robots for “the-eighties-disco’s-icon”, Mr. Henk Buis
